Xuan Kim Lai, age 59 of Dayton died Monday November 3, 2008 at the Spring City Health Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Xuan was born November 19, 1948 in SaiGon,VietNam and was preceded in death by his father Duong Quang Tan.
Xuan was a veteran of the South Vietnamese Air Force, Medical Corps and resident of Dayton for more than ten years. He attended Grace Bible Church in Dayton.
Xuan is survived by his mother Duc Kim Lai of Dayton, sisters Nga Anh Mai of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, Duong Ngoc Anh LeQuan of Dayton, brothers Phu Quang Lai of Garland, TX and Phat Quang Duong (Fred Duong) of Chiang Mai, Thailand, son Tam Minh Lai of Los Angeles, CA, daughters Anh Hoang Lai and Mi Hoang Lai of Knoxville, TN, Yen Hoang Lai of Nashville, TN and many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews in France, VietNam and the USA.
Graveside services for Xuan will be Thursday at 1:00 pm at Rhea Memory Gardens with Dr. Doug Russell officiating.
The family is being served by the Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton where they will receive friends after 10:00 am Thursday.
