Virginia Jo Alexander

Virginia “Jo” Alexander, age 92 of Dayton, passed away on March 20, 2025, at Life Care of Rhea County. She was born on June 11, 1932, to the late Earl Mullins and Jewell (Howard) Mullins. Jo was also preceded in death by her husband, James W. Alexander.
Jo was born in Chattanooga, she lived in Sale Creek from 1987 until 2020, before moving to Dayton. She was employed as a Certified Nursing at Rhea County Nursing Home, volunteered at the American Red Cross, and attended Victory Baptist Church.
She survived by her two daughters, Debbie (Glen) Anderson of North Carolina and Brenda (Dan) Bloss of Michigan.
There will be no services for Jo at this time.
