Violet Marie Hall, age 70 of Dayton died Friday, August 13, 2010 at her home. She was born in Dayton on November 18, 1939 to the late Virgil and Pearl (Webb) Houston and was a lifelong resident of Dayton.
Violet is survived by her three sons, John, Allen and Adam Hall all of Dayton, her brothers, John, Baldy and Duck Houston all of Evensville, and James Houston of GA, two sisters, Dorothy Simpson and Emma Houston both of Dayton and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Hall.
Funeral services for Violet will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Smyrna Cemetery in Evensville.
The family is being served by the Vanderwall Funeral Home where they will receive friends Sunday after 12noon.
