Tyler Sneed

Tyler Leon Sneed, age 18 of Spring City died early Saturday morning, November 20, 2010 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Tyler was born April 28, 1992 in Chattanooga, TN to Chris (Heather) Sneed of Evensville, TN and Dawn (George) Thacker of Spring City, TN. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Rodney Finkel.
A lifetime resident of Rhea County, Tyler was a senior at Rhea County High School. He was one class away from certification with the City of Dayton Volunteer Fire Dept. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and was active in their youth group.
In addition to his parents, Tyler is survived by his brother Logan Sneed of Spring City, sisters Belle Sneed and Clara Sneed both of Evensville and April Thacker of Spring City, grandparents Leon and Linda Sneed, Mary Finkel, Birch and Pat Arnold and Rose Arnold, all of Dayton.
Graveside funeral services for Tyler will be Monday at 4:30 pm at Rhea Memory Gardens with Rev. Ken Pierce and Rev. Ann Blackburn officiating, followed by a white dove release.
Memorial contributions in his honor may be made to the Dayton Volunteer Fire Department or the First United Methodist Church Youth Group.

The family is being served by the Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton where they will receive friends Sunday after 6:00 pm.
