Tom Lee Davis, age 91, of Dayton died Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga. He was born May 15, 1927 in the Brockdale community to the late James A. Davis and Dora (Norris) Davis. He was also preceded in death by the mother of his children Beatrice Davis; his sisters Leona Barger and Beulah Cunningham; his brothers John Davis, Jim Davis, Billy Davis, Joe Davis and Wendell Davis.

Tom had been a resident of Dayton since 1994 moving from Battle Creek, MI. He served his country in the US Army. Tom was a heavy equipment operator at Universal Crane Co., Battle Creek, MI for 37 years. He was a CB Club member and enjoyed walking the Mackinac Bridge for 23 years. Tom was of the Church of God faith.

He is survived by his sons Charlie Davis and David (Patsy) Davis of Dayton; his step daughter Betti James of Cheyenne, WY; his sister Martha Davis of Dayton; his sister in law Joann Davis of Grandview; four grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Tom will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Leland Frazier officiating. He will be laid to rest in Pleasantview Cemetery in Graysville with military honors.
