Thomas Hunter

Thomas “Johnny” Hunter age 63 of Dayton died Monday November 6, 2006 in Spring City. Johnny was born in Chattanooga, September 25, 1943 and was preceded in death by his mother Annis (Hunter) Davidson.

Johnny lived in Dayton most of his life where he was a graduate of Rhea County High School. He worked for La-Z-Boy for over twenty years most recently in the customer service department. Johnny was a charter member of Cranmore Cove Baptist Church.

He is survived by his children, Cheryl Thomas of Dayton, Angie Hunter of FL., Ben McClendon of FL. and Rachel Hunter of Chattanooga and four grandchildren.

Funeral services for Johnny will be held Wednesday at 7pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Walt Spivey officiating. Burial will be in Rhea Memory Gardens.

The family is being served by Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton where they will receive friends Wednesday after 3pm.
