Teresa Jean Douglas, age 62 of Evensville, passed away at her home on Monday, May 5, 2025. She was born in Indiana on January 8, 1963, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Williams. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Victoria Ruiz in 2016.
Teresa moved to Tennessee 25 years ago from Winter Garden, Florida. She was a CNA before she was unable to work.
Teresa is survived by her husband of 29 years, James Douglas of Evensville; her son, David (Cassie) Whitaker of Dickson, Tennessee; and several other family members.
A graveside funeral service will be held for Teresa at Spivey Cemetery on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 12:00 noon. She will be laid to rest next to her sister-in-law, Janie Douglas.
