Stormy LaJewell Haston, age 30, of Cleveland, passed away at her home after a brave battle with cancer on Thursday. She was born on January 19, 1987 to her parents, David Adcock and Gloria ( May) Meacham.
Stormy lived in Rhea and Warren County most of her life where she attended high School at Warren County High School in McMinnville. She recently moved to Cleveland. She attended Graysville Church of God and enjoyed shopping at yard sales and flea markets, working with children and the elderly, and loved to paint and craft.
Stormy is survived by her husband Travis Haston, children Brayton, Maylee, Colt and Maverick of Cleveland, her parents, David (Ruth) Adcock Sr. of McMinnville and Gloria (Ron) Meacham of Cleveland. She is also survived by her sisters Asya (Rory) Miller of Nashville and Amber Rippy of McMinnville, grandparents Shirley Adcock of McMinnville, Ruby Frazier and Theodore May of Graysville.
Stormy is preceded in death by her brother David “Daveman” Adcock Jr., grandfather, Thomas Adcock, and great-grandmother Mildred Frazier.
A funeral service for Stormy will be held on Saturday at 12:00 noon in the Vanderwall Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Jim Mulkey and Rev. Jimmie Talley officiating. She will be laid to rest in Brayton Cemetery on Brayton Mountain followed by a white dove release.
