Stephen Parker Hartman, age 62, of Jacksboro, TN passed away March 27, 2018 at Rhea Medical Center. Stephen was born in Shreveport, LA on November 29, 1955, the son of Roy and Sarah Beth (Parker) Hartman.
He is survived by his wife, Gena (Allen) Hartman of Jacksboro.
He was a former manager for Speedco in Knoxville.
