Sarah Ann Corlew

Sarah Ann Corlew, age 66 of Dayton, died Saturday afternoon, September 13, 2008 at her home. Sarah Ann was born in Rome, GA on November 6, 1941, the daughter of the late Joe and Nova Lee (Lindsey) Mize.
Sarah Ann was a resident of Rome until 1964 and had lived in Dayton for the past 20 years. She was a retiree of BellSouth and a member of the Telephone Pioneers.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Joe D. Corlew of Dayton, son, Joe C. (Tama) Corlew of Murfreesboro, two daughters, Marcy (Ray) Epps of Houston, TX and Tracy (Steve) Clift of Dayton, eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Louise Evans of Ringgold, GA and her brother, Randall (Rita) Mize of McDonough, GA.
Funeral services for Sarah Ann will be held Tuesday morning at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tom Herrell officiating. Graveside service and burial will be at 12:30pm in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.

The family is being served by the Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton, TN where they will receive friends Monday from 4:00pm until 7:00pm.
