Ronald Joe Cohen, Jr. age 54 of Graysville died Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Laurelbrook Nursing Home on Dayton Mountain. He was born in Battle Creek, MI on October 25, 1961 and was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Cohen, Sr. Preceded in death also by Florence Cohen.
Ron was a resident of Rhea County for the past 27 years and had been employed as a manger at a local rent center. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife Elaine (Smith) Cohen of Graysville, his mother, Shirley Gwilliam of Dayton, four daughters, Mindy Compton of Ooltewah, Christy Lucas of Indiana, Brandy Johnson of Indiana and Savannah Jordan of Dayton, five brothers, Chris Cohen of Hixson and Les Cohen of Lafayette, GA, Mike Cohen, Diego Cohen and Julio Luna, his sister, Melissa Cohen of Hixson, 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Ron will be held Tuesday at 12 noon in the funeral home chapel with Rev. John Fields officiating.
