Ricky Fugate

Ricky “Rick” Wayne Fugate age 50 of Graysville died very unexpectedly Monday morning, April 16, 2007 in Rhea Medical Center. He was born May 14, 1956 in Rhea County the son of the late Charles (Pee Rooney) and Virginia (Smith) Fugate.

Rick lived all of his life in Graysville and was employed as a metal finisher at Suburban Mfg. in Dayton. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed working with rocks and landscaping.

Rick is survived by his wife of 19 years, the former Wanda Sue (Denson) Fugate, two sons, Richard Fugate and Brandon Fugate all of Graysville, and his two brothers, Steve Fugate of Sale Creek and Randy Fugate of Graysville.

Funeral services for Rick will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald and Rev. Hyle Waldo officiating. Burial will be in Pleasantview Cemetery in Graysville followed by a white dove release.

The family is being served by the Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton where they will receive friends Tuesday after 4:00pm.
