Richard Paul Millet, age 78 of Spring City, passed away early Thursday morning, April 29, 2021 in Spring City, TN. He was born on April 10, 1943 in New Orleans, LA, the son of the late James Ellis Millet, Jr. and Marie Louise Carmen (Babin) Millet.

Richard is survived by his sister, Laura Millet Stroman of Magnolia, TX.

There will be no services for Richard at this time.
