Rebecca Anita Rice, age 70 of Dayton, died Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Laurelbrook on Dayton Mountain. She was born on September 10, 1950 in Atlanta, GA, the daughter of the late William Joseph Whitley, Jr. and Betty Irene (Marriott) Whitley. She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Ball of Ellijay, GA.

Rebecca was laid to rest in the Laurelbrook Cemetery on Dayton Mountain.
