Nell Allison MacAskie age 89 of Spring City died Thursday November 30, 2006 in Spring City Nursing Home. She was born May 19, 1917 in Baltimore, MD., the daughter of the late Allison and Nell (Kalbaugh) Thomas and also preceded in death by her husband Gordon MacAskie.
Nell was a clerical secretary for a Jewish Synagogue and worked with handicapped children.
She is survived by her three daughters, Barbara Knight of NJ, Rev. Margaret Yager of London, England and Anne McCabe of FL., her son, Donald MacAskie of TX., six grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Nell will be held Saturday at 4pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Donald Ray Arnold officiating.
The family is being served by Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton.
