Nancy Beauline Woodard age 82 of Dayton died unexpectedly Friday morning January 10, 2014. Nancy was born in Clinchco, VA on December 21, 1931 the daughter of the late Carl and Ruby (Deel) Anderson.
A resident of Dayton, TN since 1987 she previously lived in Newport News, VA where she was an office manager for a local real estate agency. Nancy loved to travel and attend gospel singings. She was a member of the Sale Creek Church of God.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years C.W. “Woody” Woodard of Dayton, her son Gregory William (Janie) Woodard of Newport News, VA, her daughter Patricia Lynne (Keith) Sawyer of Plymouth, NC, three sisters, Eva Wood and Gaye Martin both of Clintwood, VA and Mary Sue (Robert) Stout of Mansfield, OH, her brother Carl (Lois) Anderson, Jr. of Kingsport, six granddaughters and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Nancy will be held Monday evening at 7:00pm with Bishop Kenneth Bolton and Pastor Terry Bolton officiating. Nancy will be entombed at the Temple Hill Memorial Park in Castlewood, VA.
