Myrtle Ruby Walker age 85 of Dayton died Tuesday March 27, 2007 in Laurelbrook Nursing Home. She was born October 23, 1921 in Crawford, NE the daughter of the late
Will and Gift (English) Jenson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Pastor Woodson L. Walker Jr.
Myrtle lived in Dayton since 1984 where she was a homemaker and a member of Laurelbrook Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She is survived by her two daughters, Connie Westerberg of Dayton and Tanya Newmyer of Murfreesboro, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren, two sisters, Ruth Nielsen of CA and Violet Moench of Colorado and her brother, John Jensen of GA.
Graveside services for Myrtle will be held Saturday at 5pm in Laurelbrook Cemetery with Pastor Wayne Coulter officiating.
The family is being served by Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton where they will receive friends Friday 5-8pm
