Michael Brian Headlee, age 41 of Dayton went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Sunday, February 6, 2011. Mike was born in Dayton on February 1, 1970 and lived all of his life in Dayton. He was a graduate of Rhea County High School and currently manager and head of maintenance for UTC. He was a gifted musician and had been a member of the Singing Eternals. He loved his motorcycles and was of the Church of God faith.
Mike is survived by his mother Thelma (Doug) Fisher of Spring City, his son Ethan Headlee of Hixson, brother, David (April) Headlee of Athens, grandmother, Helen Lindsey of Dayton, his special family of Marvin and Janie Yearwood and their children Amy and Little Marvin, his special nieces and nephew Shayla, Desiree’ and Dalton Headlee, his father Billy Ray (Loretta) Headlee of Pikeville.
Funeral services for Mike will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bob Schafer officiating. Burial will be in Rhea Memory Gardens followed by a white dove release.
