Mary Ella Is

Mary Ella Revis, age 80 of Dayton died Tuesday August 27, 2013 in Chattanooga. She was born October 7, 1932 in Dayton to the late Henry and Nellie (Rice) Sullivan. She was also preceded in death by her son Billy Revis.
Mary was a graduate of Bledsoe County High School. A resident of Dayton since 1983, Mary previously lived in Bradenton, Florida. She was a homemaker and loved to write music. She was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years Leland “Bill” Revis, and daughter Rhonda Bolding both of Dayton, grandson Chris Benfield of Dayton, two great-granddaughters Ashlyn Benfield and Gabby Benfield and two great-great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Mary’s life will be held Sunday afternoon, September 15th at 2:00 p.m. at New Harmony Baptist Church on Dayton Mountain.
