Mary Frances Creesman, age 66 of Dayton, died Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Skyridge Medical Center in Cleveland. She was born October 5, 1947 in Rhea County to the late William J. and Essie (Davis) Elder. She was also preceded in death by her son Brian Creesman and brothers Doyle Creesman and Clifford Creesman.
A lifelong resident of Rhea County, she was a graduate of Rhea Central High School and worked for Kayser Roth for over 30 years. Her family was her life.
She is survived by her son Mark (Lisa) Creesman, daughter Sue Everett , three brothers Carl (Reba) Creesman, Tom (Charlotte) Creesman and Jim (Brenda) Creesman, sister Teresa (Jerry) Harmon all of Dayton, two step-brothers Charles (Brenda) Elder of Dayton and Ron (Liz) Elder of Battle Creek, MI, five grandchildren, Whitney Everett, Anthony Butler, Amanda Coleman, Mark Everett, Jr. and David Everett and five great-grandchildren, Brayden Butler, Brantley Butler, Cooper Heckman, Eli Everett and Chris Everett.
Funeral services for Mary will be held Friday at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Carl Hunsucker officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her son in Pleasantview Cemetery in Graysville.
