Marie Rufine Masters, age 91 of Dayton, TN and formerly a long time resident of Oran, MO died in her sleep at home Sunday, March 30, 2008.
Marie was born in Randles, MO on January 30, 1917 the daughter of the late Joseph and Katie (Schott) Schlosser. She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Glennon Ray Masters; brothers, August, Adam, Leo, Freddie, William and Andrew Schlosser and sisters, Pauline Bacchum and Annie Bond.
Marie was a retiree of the International Hat Factory in Oran, MO and a member of the Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran.
She is survived by her two sons, W. Frank (Sue) Masters of Dayton, TN and Randy J. (Karen) Masters of League City, TX; four grandchildren, one step-grandson, two great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, April 5, 2008 at St. Bridget Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Sam Sturm officiating.
