Alexia Blair “Lexee” Hill, beloved daughter of Stacey and Michelle Hill, passed away early Saturday, May 14, 2016 in Knoxville. She was born August 6, 1993 in Chattanooga to Stacey and Michelle (Hankins) Hill. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Glenn Hankins.
Lexee grew up in Dayton among a family that loved and adored her. She was a graduate of Rhea County High School and was awarded the Distinguished Young Woman of Rhea County and went on to win Distinguished Young Woman of Tennessee. She was attending the University of Tennessee pursuing her degree in an area dear to her heart, political science. She was smart, witty and loved music.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Stacey and Michelle Hill, her sisters Ansley Hill and Ashton Hill, grandparents Paul and Brenda Hill all of Dayton, grandparents Robert and Carmen Gooch of Sale Creek, great-grandmother Wilma Dotson of Hixson, great-grandfather Neil Roddy of Dayton, aunt and uncle Sherri and Matt Henderson of Sevierville, aunt Chandele Lamb of California , uncle James Gooch of Hixson and cousins Jace and Emree Henderson of Sevierville.
Funeral services for Lexee will be held Tuesday at 4:00 in the evening at her church, New Union Baptist Church in Dayton with Dr. Danny Ruehling and Rev. Rob Armstrong officiating. She will be laid to rest in Rhea Memory Gardens.

The family is being cared for by the Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton where they will receive friends Monday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
