Letti Melinda Estep

Letti Melinda Estep, age 61 of Dayton Mountain, passed away at Rhea Medical Center on Friday, February 28, 2025. She was born in Dayton on February 10, 1964, to the late Jamie and Robbie Jean (Coulter) Milligan. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Tommy Milligan, Mike Milligan, and Ernie Milligan.

Letti lived on Dayton Mountain and was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading, playing games on her tablet, and word searches.

Letti is survived by her husband of 41 years, Billy Dean Estep of Dayton Mountain; her children, Amanda Estep, Shannon (Jason) Hilliard, Katherine Bishop, and Michael Estep, all of Dayton; her grandchildren, Gage (Alexia) Parks, Dru (Aaliyah) Parks, Caleb Parks, Lester (Ana) Hilliard, Logan Hilliard, Lily Hilliard, Scarlett Bishop, Jacob Estep, and Julie Estep; her great-grandchildren, Kinzlee Parks and Brylon Mayberry; her siblings, Kathy (Ricky) McGowen of Pikeville, Pat Ledford of Dayton, Becky (Buddy) Hawkins of Evensville, and Butch (Teresa) Morris of Dayton.

Funeral services for Letti will be in the funeral home chapel on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 12:00 noon with President Curtis officiating. She will be laid to rest at Kiuka-Rogers Cemetery on Dayton Mountain.
