Lethy Lucille Clark, age 81 of Pikeville, passed away December 8, 2020 at her home in Pikeville. Lucille was born on May 30, 1939 in Bledsoe County, the daughter of the late Earl Snyder and Myrtle Elizabeth Pruitt. Lucille was also preceded in death by her husbands, Clifford Harold Clark and James Aelick.
Lucille lived in Bledsoe County most of her life. She was a supervisor at Kayser Roth Hosiery for 47 years. Lucille enjoyed traveling all over the world in over 50 cruises, as well as Blue Grass singings and Gospel singings. She was a member of the Summer City Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Helen (Billy) Fields of Pikeville, Faye Elsea of Spenser and Charlene (Wayne) Newby of Pikeville; four grandchildren, Amanda (Hutch) Swafford of Sevierville, Russell Elsea of Georgetown, Candace (Jason) Walling of Cleveland and Creed (Chloe) Newby of Pikeville; one great-granddaughter, Ella Swafford; brothers, Willard Morgan of Pikeville, Ira Morgan of Dayton, Doyle (Pattie) Morgan of NC and Woody (Viola) Morgan of Pikeville; and sisters, Dottie (Jerry) Roberts of Evensville and Ilea Faye (Olan) Sutherland of Battlecreek, MI.
Graveside Funeral Service for Lucille will be held Friday afternoon, December 11, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at Summer City Cemetery with Chaplain Ray Wilson officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband Clifford.
