Kenneth Allen McDonald, age 75, of Graysville, passed away early Tuesday morning, January 28, 2020 at his home in Graysville. He was born on February 22, 1944 in Chattanooga, the son of the late Osborne Leon and Ola Lee (Morrison) McDonald.
Ken was raised in Sale Creek and moved to Graysville in 1991. Ken served his country with the US Army. His military career took him to Germany, Switzerland and three tours of duty in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Beverly (Everett) McDonald of Graysville; his daughter, Anna S. (Barry) Scott of Graysville; sister, Lorene (Susie) Armstrong of Kokomo, IN; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and former wife Carolyn Mahaffey and family.
Military graveside services for Ken will be held Monday morning at 11:00 a.m. in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Dr. Jim Woychuk officiating.
