Jerry Paul Davis, age 74, of Dayton, passed away Friday morning August 9, 2019 at his home in Dayton. He was born on August 17, 1944 in Dayton.
Jerry was a graduate of Rhea Central High School class of 1962 where he excelled in football. He was a lifetime member with 50 years of service with Local 43 Plumbers & Pipefitters. He enjoyed race cars, cars and car shows.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Imogene (Gentry) Davis of Dayton, his daughter, Vicky King, his granddaughter Jessica (Seth) Bledsoe and his great-granddaughter Caitlin Dunn all of Soddy Daisy. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary (Milligan) Davis.
Graveside funeral services for Jerry will be held Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. at Rhea Memory Gardens in Dayton with Rev. Jason Henderson officiating.
