Janie Douglas

Janie Douglas, age 50, of Dayton, died Wednesday August 24, 2011 at Erlanger in Chattanooga. She was born July 22, 1961 in Dayton to Jerry Mack Douglas, Sr. and Glenda May (Cox) Douglas. She lived in Rhea County most of her life and was a homemaker.
Janie is survived by her mother Glenda Douglas of Dayton, son Shannon (Julie Booth) Defore of Graysville, daughter Chris (Chad) Greene of Harrison, brothers Jerry Douglas, Jr. and Ronie Douglas both of Dayton and James (Teresa) Douglas of Evensville, sister, Reva (Bill) Prater of Dayton, grandchildren Trevor Greene, Logan Greene, Chelsey Greene, Landon Greene, Lilly Defore and two more grandchildren on the way.
Funeral services for Janie will be held Saturday at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Archie Poole officiating. Burial will be in the Spivey Cemetery.
