James Thomas Sullivan, Jr.

James Thomas Sullivan, Jr., age 64 of Dayton Mountain, died Tuesday March 15, 2011 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. He was born March 7, 1947 in Bradenton, FL and preceded in death by his father James Thomas Sullivan, Sr. and nephew Nello Christopher Marconi.
A resident of Dayton Mountain for the past 25 years, James was a maintenance mechanic in the automobile industry and also a part-time farmer. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping and photography. He was affiliated with Grace Bible Church in Dayton.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years Lyric (Stouder) Sullivan, mother Jean (Nettleton) Sullivan, son James Sullivan, all of Dayton Mountain, daughters Dawn (Pete) Ullmann of Calhoun, GA and Jennifer (Jamie) Gregor of Brandon, FL, sister Mary (Nello) Marconi of Arlington, VA, grandson Nathanael James Ullmann of Calhoun, GA and numerous cousins and relatives.
Funeral services for Mr. Sullivan will be held Saturday evening at 7:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Doug Russell and Rev. David Snyder officiating.
