Jackie Leon Jordan, age 69, of Dayton, died Monday February 15, 2010. A life long resident of Dayton, he was born April 12, 1940 to the late Thomas Eliga and Mildred (Morgan) Jordan. He was also preceded in death by a sister Barbara Wilson Perry, and brothers Maurice Jordan and Ronnie Jordan.
He was a graduate of Rhea Central High School and was retired from Combustion Engineering. He was a member of Garrison Baptist Church.
Jackie is survived by three daughters Rhonda Rogers, Mary Carter Wolfe and Cheryl Jordan, two sons Frank Jordan and Jerry Jordan all of Dayton, three sisters Rosalee Muller, Judy Harwood and Theresa Norton all of Chattanooga, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be Wednesday at 2:00 pm at Spivey Cemetery with Rev. David Jordan officiating.
