Frank “Lee” Hall, age 75 of Milledgeville, GA, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026, at Bostic Nursing Home in Milledgeville, GA. He was born on August 14, 1950, in Rhea County, the son of the late Jake and Dorothy (Allen) Hall. He is also preceded in death by his sisters, Nola Williams and Evelyn Reese, and his brother, David Hall.

Lee was raised in Rhea County before moving to Florida in 1970. He was employed by the City of Largo in Largo, Florida in the sanitation department.

He is survived by his daughter, Virginia Jo Hall of Florida; his son, Chad Lee Hall of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his sisters, Louise Jordan, Ola DeFore, and Lucy Creasman, all of Rhea County, and Barbara Black of Illinois; and his brother, Willard Hall of Alabama.

A funeral service for Lee will be held in the funeral home parlor on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Phil Carter officiating. He will be laid to rest next to his father in Garrison Cemetery in Dayton.
