Elizabeth Francisco

August 29, 1917 — December 9, 2010

Mary Elizabeth Francisco, age 93, of Graysville, died Thursday, December 9, 2010 at LifeCare of Rhea County. A lifelong resident of Graysville, she was born August 29, 1917, the daughter of the late Arthur and Mattie (Walker) Crawley. She was also preceded in death by her husband Reece Noel Francisco, brothers Vaughn Crawley, Bobby Crawley and Billy Crawley and sister Virginia Arnold.
Elizabeth was employed at Robinson Manufacturing Co. for 31 years as a seamstress. She enjoyed crafts and flea markets, where she made and sold fried pies and sour dough bread. She was a member of the New Providence United Methodist Church where she was a former Sunday school teacher.
She is survived by her daughters Barbara Mauldin and Carol Kelley, her sister Deloris Massengill all of Dayton, TN, granddaughters Sally Abercrombie of Ringgold, GA and Melanie Garnand of Graysville, four great-grandchildren and two great-great- grandchildren.
Funeral services for Elizabeth will be Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Archie Poole officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Rhea Memory Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to the New Providence United Methodist Church .
