Edna Ruth Sanders age 60 of Graysville died Tuesday, December 23, 2008 in Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. Edna was born in Chattanooga the daughter of the late Robert and Clara (Owens) Sanders.
She was a life long resident of Graysville and was of the Church of Christ faith. She was currently employed as an inspector with Wagner Pencil in Bakewell.
Edna is survived by her three daughters, Charlotte Graham of Soddy-Daisy, Amy Iles of Dayton and Nancy Wright of Dayton, OH, her brother, Robert E. Sanders, Jr. of NC and six grandchildren.
Funeral services for Edna will be held Wednesday morning at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Archie Poole officiating. Burial will follow next to her parents in Rhea Memory Gardens.
The family is being served by the Vanderwall Funeral Home where they will receive friends Wednesday morning after 9:00am.
