Donna Elizabeth Creek, age 63 of East Ridge and formerly of Rhea County died Sunday, February 17, 2008 at Parkridge East Medical Center in Chattanooga.
Donna was born in Chattanooga on September 15, 1944 and was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Creek.
Donna was a long time resident of Rhea County until moving to East Ridge three years ago. She was a member of the Rhea County Independent Baptist Church and had been employed at Kayser-Roth and then at Curtis Products. She also was a care-giver to the elderly.
Donna is survived by her mother, Francis (Coulter) Creek of Dayton, son, Michael Creek of Graysville, two daughters, Terri Goode and Sharon Ellis both of East Ridge, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, her brother, James Creek of Centerville, AL and three sisters, Dorothy Bluffington of Flintstone, GA, Sue Boofer of Rutledge, TN and Linda Watson of Dayton.
Funeral services for Donna will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Mike Justice and Pastor Bob Boofer officiating. Burial will follow in Rhea Memory Gardens.
The family is being served by the Vanderwall Funeral Home where they will receive friends Monday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
