Diane Elaine Reel Hall, age 46 of Graysville, departed for her Heavenly Home on Friday, May 4, 2007, surrounded by her loving family.
She had battled courageously against brain cancer since August, 2005. Her life was a true testimony of faith, gentleness, and love.
Diane was born March 5, 1961 in McMinnville,TN, the fourth daughter of Grady and Betty Knox Reel. She was a 1979 graduate of Rhea County High School and a member of Graysville First Baptist Church where she and her husband served as youth leaders for several years. She was a special education assistant at Graysville Elementary School until her illness prohibited her from continuing.
Diane was a sweet spirited individual, always laughing and enjoying life with her family. Everyone who met her has been left with fond memories of her joyfulness. She enjoyed growing flowers, music, reading, walking and spending time with her grandbabies. She was also a strong and faithful Christian, relying on God and the loving care of her family to sustain her during the long months of her illness.
Preceding Diane in death were her beloved mother, Betty Knox Reel, a niece; April Johnene Hodge, grandparents; Martin and Lizzie Reel, James Knox and Beatrice Hamby.
Left with many precious memories is her husband of 28 years, Terry (Mayor) Hall. Their children; Jamie (Marty) Coffelt, and Joshua (Jessica) Hall. Her dear father; Grady Reel, sisters; Donna (Johnny) Hodge, Debbie Pelfrey, Darlene (Rob) Hickman, and Denesa Reel. Her brother; Grady Reel, Jr. Also her cherished grandchildren; Lynsey Hall, Jaxson, Jacob and Jacie Hall. Her mother and father in-law Aileen and Melvin Wilkey, sisters and brothers-in-law; Kathy and Rick Brady, Tammy and Chris King. Also many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of wonderful, caring friends and co-workers.
Visitation Services for Diane will be Saturday May 5th 3:00 till 8:00 pm. Funeral services to be held Sunday May6th at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Vanderwall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetary, followed by a white dove release.
Pallbearers will be: Curtis Keylon, Chuck Keltch, Jeff Dodd, Frank Bolton, Ray and Justin Brady. Please share your memories with the family at
