David Thomas Hunter, age 45 of Evensville died unexpectedly Friday afternoon, December 14, 2012 in Rhea Medical Center. David was born in Lebanon, NH on August 4, 1967 and graduated from the Pinecrest Academy High School in upstate New York. He served his country with the US Navy and has been a resident of Evensville for the past 20 years. He was a carpenter with TVA and a member of City Church of God in Dayton.
David is survived by his wife of 19 years, Janice (Eastman) Hunter, his two sons, Logan Hunter and Micah Hunter, both at home, his parents, Dorothy “Dottie” and Perry Cowan of New Hampshire and his two brothers, Michael Pollard of New Hampshire and Steven Hunter of Hershey, PA.
Funeral services with military honors for David will be held Monday afternoon at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bobby Scott, Jr. officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Smyrna Cemetery in Evensville.
