Cody Bryce Jensen, age 30, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2015. He was born December 12, 1985 in Findlay, Ohio to Tabb Jensen and Carol (Ranes) Jensen. He was a graduate of Cory-Rawson High School and lived in the Dayton and Soddy-Daisy area.
He is survived by his father, Tabb (Wendy)Jensen of Dayton and his mother, Carol (Roger Balmer) Jensen of Mt. Cory, Ohio and his son Logan Jensen of Soddy-Daisy, his three brothers Matt Jensen of Findlay, Ohio, Casey Jensen of Washington, DC and Hayden Clements of Dayton, one sister Haylee Clements of Dayton and grandparents Joyce & Carroll Jensen of Waterloo, Iowa.
