David Christopher Cox age 41 of Brentwood and formerly of Dayton died at his home early Saturday morning, September 11, 2010. Chris was born in Dayton on April 29, 1969 the son of the late Dean and Linda (Reed) Cox. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Stephen Cox.
Chris was an optician in Brentwood and is survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services for Chris will be held Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Doyse Thompson officiating. He will be laid to rest next to his parents and brother in Spring City Memorial Gardens.

The family is being served by the Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton where they will receive friends Sunday after 1:00pm.
