Cheri Irene Thompson

Cheri Irene Thompson, age 54 of Spring City, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at Rhea Medical Center in Dayton. She was born in Dayton on January 10, 1968, the daughter of John Lebeau and the late Peggy Joyce (McCampbell) Sherrill. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Laci Nicole Waldo; her nephew, Brandon Dorman; and her brother Wendell Sherrill.

Cheri was employed in construction and demolition, loved fishing, and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She attended Bethel Baptist Church.

Cheri is survived by her two sons, Donnie (Paula Sligh) Lebeau and Justin Thompson, both of Spring City; her two daughters, Cynthia (Chris) Dodd and Lacy (Jesse Shirks) Waldo, both of Spring City; her 13 grandchildren; her great-grandson; her two sisters, Patti (Red) Dorman and Michelle (Wayne) Dorman, both of Spring City; her brother, Johnny (Sam) Lebeau of Spring City; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no services for Cheri.
