Cecile Ruby Bart, age 72, of Sale Creek, died on May 7, 2017 in Chattanooga. She was born on August 2, 1944 in Dayton to the late Charly and Leona (Dunn) Baggett.
Cecile is survived by her husband of 52 years, Frederick Bart of Dayton, her three sons, Frederick A. Bart of Dayton, Steven Bart of Romulus, Michigan, and Robert Bart of Graysville; in addition to her two sisters, Gearldine Knox of Graysville and Shirley Jean Hinson of Detroit, Michigan. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
