Catherine Ruth Johnson, age 83 of Dayton, passed away Friday evening, January 14, 2022 at Rhea Medical Center in Dayton, TN. She was born on March 10, 1938 in Dayton, TN, the daughter of the late Robert Thurman Johnson and Julie Ann (Hall) Johnson. Cathy was also preceded in death by brother, Johnny Johnson, her sister, Mary Perry and her great-grandson, Joshua Hicks.
Cathy lived in Dayton all of her life. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Spivey Memorial United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her children, Ronnie Rogers, Bill Rogers, Jeff (Wendy) Rogers and Melissa (Wayne) Hickman, all of Dayton; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Graveside funeral service for Cathy to be announced.
