Carolyn Morgan age 63 of Dayton died December 10, 2005 in her home. She was born November 5, 1942 in Dayton, the daughter of the late William and Ethel (Crow) Tennyson.
Carolyn lived in Dayton all of her life where she graduated from Rhea Central High and was a nurses aide at Rhea Medical Center for 22 years. Carolyn was a member of Spivey Memorial United Methodist Church.
Carolyn is survived by her husband of 40years, Glenn Morgan, her daughter, Beverly Switter, stepson, Wayne Morgan, three grandchildren, several great-grandchildren all of Dayton; four sisters, Pearl McCuiston of Dayton, Ruth Lipford of Hixson, Edna Gaddish of Dayton and Mildred Kaminski of Dayton and one brother James Tennyson of Sale Creek.
Funeral services for Carolyn will be held Monday afternoon at 1pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bill Ewing officiating. Burial will be in Smyrna Cemetery in Evensville followed by a white dove release.
The family is being served by Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton where they will receive friends Sunday after 3pm.
