Carl Randolph Radtke, age 86 of Dayton, TN died in a Chattanooga hospital Saturday, December 3, 2005. Carl was born in Forestville, MD on April 19, 1919 the son of the late Charles and Lillian (Newton) Radtke. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen (Birch) Radtke and his son, Warren Radtke.
Carl has lived in Dayton since 1988 and was a long time resident of Prince George County, MD. Carl served his country wiyh the US Army during WWII and retired as a superintendent for George Hyman Construction Company in Washington, DC.
Carl is survived by his two sons,Richard Radtke and Cliff Radtke, his daughter, Carleen McCloud and his companion, Pat Rumer Jordan all of Dayton, TN; twelve grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services with full military honors will be held at 10am Saturday morning, December 10th at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, MD.
The family is being served by the vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton, TN where they will recieve friends Monday 4-8pm
