Bobby Sydney Perry age 64 of Dayton passed away early Saturday morning, July 6, 2019 at his home. He was born in Dayton on October 13, 1954 the son of the late Earl and Mary (Johnson) Perry. He was also preceded in death by his brother Randall Perry.
Bobby lived all of his life in Dayton where he was a graduate of Rhea Central High School class of 1973. He retired last year after 19 years of employment with La-Z-Boy where he was a truck driver and heavy equipment operator. Bobby loved spending time with his grandkids, fishing and coon hunting. He was a member of First Lutheran Church in Cleveland where he served as an Elder.
He is survived by his wife Ann (Engel) Perry, his daughter, Stefanie McAllister, three sons, Bobby (Crystal) Basile, Robert Perry and Timothy Perry all of Dayton, three sisters, Joy Sanford of Rockwood, Nora Perry of Dayton and Julia (Mike) Broxson of Pensacola, FL along with his nine grandchildren.
Funeral services for Bobby will be held Monday at 12 Noon in the funeral home chapel with his pastor, Rev. Robert Seaton officiating.
He will be laid to rest in Rhea Memory Gardens followed by a white dove release.
