Beulah Marie (Maynor) Crawley age 84 of Dayton died April 30, 2007 in Rhea Medical Center. She was born in Dayton, TN on September 22, 1922 the daughter of the late Hubert and Stella (White) Maynor. She was also preceded in death by her husband James Evan Crawley.
Beulah lived in Chattanooga from 1976 to 1996 and thereafter in Dayton. She retired from K-Mart where she worked in sales. Beulah was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and was an avid Atlanta Braves fan for over 40 years. She was of the Church of God faith.
She is survived by daughters, Carol Ann Ballard of Dayton, TN and Linda Rice of Spring City, TN, her son, Charles (Janice) Crawley of Rossville, GA, her grandchildren, Angie Shipley of Dayton, TN, Mark Ballard of Ridgley, TN, Dana Smith of Rossville, GA, Greg Rice, Randy Rice and Jennifer Parks of Spring City, TN, Brian Crawley of Birchwood, TN, Beth Hixson of Dayton, TN and PFC Aaron Crawley of USMC in Iraq,
12 great-grandchildren and her sister, Alice Cravens of Rossville, GA.
Funeral services for Beulah will be held Wednesday at 3pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Randall Massengill officiating. Burial will be in Rhea Memory Gardens followed by a white dove release.
The family is being served by Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton where they will receive friends Tuesday 5-8pm
