Bernard Quinn Deans, age 70 of Athens, TN and formerly of Leonard, ND, died Friday, February 19, 2009 in Athens Regional Medical Center. He was born July 11, 1939 in Dundee, Scotland to the late Bella and Frank Deans.
He was a microbiologist and was formerly an administrator over nine hospitals in Scotland. He was a veteran of the Royal Navy in Scotland and of the Roman Catholic faith.
Bernard is survived by his wife Gloria Gilbert Deans of Athens, TN.
