Audrey Gann

October 23, 1957 — June 6, 2006

Audrey Elaine Sutherland Gann age 48 of Chattanooga died June 6, 2006 in her home.
She was born in Sewanee, Tn. October 23, 1957. Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Gann, sister, Helen Sutherland Cofer, brother, Ward Leon Sutherland, Grandparents, Hubert and Rosa Ward and Harvey and Ruth Sutherland.


She moved to Chattanooga in 1976 where she graduated UTC and was a Certified Special Education teacher. She taught in Hamilton and Franklin counties. She and her late husband were owners of Computer Ace Company. Audrey worked with several organizations helping other people with disabilities. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church, Midway, TN.

She is survived by her parents, Leon and Sarah Sutherland of Sewanee, James and June Anderson of Soddy Daisy, half- sister, Elizabeth Sutherland of Sewanee, two nephews,
several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services for Audrey will be held Thursday at 11am in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bill Gipson officiating. Interment will be in Eastern Star Cemetery, Sewanee, TN. Thursday at 2pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association, Chattanooga Chapter.

The family is being served by Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton where they will receive friends Wednesday 7-9pm.
