Anna Helen (Fox) Cofer, age 94 of Graysville died Sunday morning, August 28, 2011 in Roane County, TN. Helen was born in Graysville on September 7, 1916, the daughter of the late Franz Eugene Fox and Maggie (Gentry) Fox. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Wayne Cofer, two sons, Larry Eugene Cofer and Ronald Duane Cofer, grandson, Harold “Tony” Cofer and granddaughter, Misty Cofer. Helen lived all of her life in Graysville where she was a homemaker after being employed at Kayser Roth for 12 years.
She is survived by her three grandsons, Gregory Cofer and Steven Franz Cofer both of Knoxville and Ricky Eugene Cofer of TN, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter and her daughter-in-law, Flora “Billie” Cofer also of Knoxville.
Funeral services for Helen will be held Tuesday evening at 7:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating She will be laid to rest in Pleasantview Cemetery in Graysville.
