Anna Hepner age 78 of Sale Creek died Thursday January 26, 2006 in Erlanger Hospital.
She was born September 2, 1927 in Sinking Springs, PA., the daughter of the late John Coleman and Ellen Susan (Rock) Leed. She was also preceded in death by her husband Norman Edward Hepner Jr., daughter, Jo Good and two sisters, Fanny Sandoe and Grace Mountz.
Anna lived in Rhea County since 1967 where she was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending times with friends, crafts, cooking, sewing and crocheting. She was also a member of Graysville Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Martha Ledbetter of Sale Creek, Sue Colvard of Pikeville and Cheryl Burnett of Spring City, her son, Larry Hepner of Spring City, thirteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, three brothers, Madison Leed, Barton Leed and Samuel Leed all of Reinholds, PA., two sisters, Ida Hanna of Ephrata, PA. and Barbara Werner of Reinholds, PA. and son-in-law, Ken Good of Pikeville.
Funeral services for Anna will be held Sunday at 2pm in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Don Richards, Pastor Larry Owens officiating and Pastor Paul Eirich. Graveside services will be Monday at 11am in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family is being served by Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton where they will receive friends Saturday 6-9pm.
