Alma Rhoads

Alma Louise Rhoads age 70 of Dayton died Wednesday February 08, 2006 in Rhea Medical Center. She was born June 12, 1935 in Rhea County the daughter of the late
John R. Calvin and Nanny Sybil (Gaines) Mitchell. She was also preceded in death by her husbands Earnest Norman Moore and Harley L. Rhoads.

Alma lived in Rhea County all her life where she was a homemaker and in home caregiver. She was a member of The South Dayton Church of God.

She is survived by her two daughters, Nancy Darlene Youther and Catherine Joanne Clift, two sons, Earnest Richard Moore and Charles Norman Moore all of Dayton, seventeen grandchildren and 36 great- grandchildren.

Funeral services for Alma will be held Friday at 1pm in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Mike Justice officiating. Burial will be in Buttram Cemetery.

The family is being served by Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton where they will receive friends Thursday 5-8pm
