Mildred Crane

Katherine Mildred (Colbaugh) Crane age 76 died late Monday, February 21, 2011 in Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ypsilanti, MI surrounded by her family. Mildred was born in Rhea County, TN on July 18, 1934 the daughter of the late Carl and Blanche (Harris) Colbaugh.
Mildred was a graduate of Rhea Central High School and in 1954 she and her family moved to Belleville, MI. In 1987 she and Cecil returned to Dayton. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Dayton Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years Cecil Crane of Dayton, three daughters, Deborrah (Roger) Bentley of Belleville, MI, Sharon Crane of Ann Arbor, MI, Kathy Crane of Florence, KY, two sisters Amelia VanWinkle and Agatha Poole and her brother, Albert Colbaugh all of Dayton, TN.
Funeral services for Mildred will be held Saturday at 12noon in the funeral home chapel with Minister Steve Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Rhea Memory Gardens.
